So many blood transfusions have saved my life! #BMTsurvivor #sicklecellwarrior. Thank you Dr.Drew!
Meet Dr. Charles R. Drew, who not only was a heart surgeon, he invented the blood transfusion and a method of storing blood. ❤️

His contribution has helped the Red Cross and doctors all over the world save countless lives.🥰💗

This October, I’m walking in the #LightTheNight walk in Chicago. It’s my 21st year walking and raising money for #llsusa. As a 24 year CML survivor, I love that I can give back and help others 🤍❤️💛 #cmlsurvivor #bmtsurvivor #michellessunrisecrew

I’ve registered my team and I’m ready to raise money and awareness for this year’s Light The Night Walk for LLS. I’m excited to be part of this cause for the past 20 years since I’m a 24 year #CMLsurvivor/#BMTsurvivor. I’m hoping this is my best year yet! 😁

Today marks 23 years since my very last overnight stay at Rush Hospital after my transplant. It was awesome hanging out with all the great nurses celebrating the new year with them while I was waiting for my mom to get there and take me home 😊 #bmtsurvivor #cmlsurvivor
