Shrimp Saganaki, made with feta, spiced sauce with onions, peppers, garlic and herbs!~ DELICIOUS and great for dipping bread in!~

Bougatsa pop-up at Coburg shops. Haven't tried it before; it's like spanakopita, but filled with a sweet semolina custard and topped with honey and walnuts. The pastry was amazing, 5 stars

Bougatsa is one of their MANY sweet delicacies. My first introduction to them was like hearing the angels of heaven. It's the ultimate feel-good food. The Greeks have it for breakfast, but I can eat any time of day 😜
