Forsyth County Schools Overspent by $16 Million—Mostly on Salaries

According to an NPR/WFDD report, Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools went $16 million over budget, with $10 million of that going to unapproved salary spending. District leaders admit they knew salaries were the issue.
