Having multiple people I care about tell me they felt like I don’t care about them during a week when I overextended myself out of care for others is _fucking brutal_. 😭😭😭

I hope I won’t need to relearn this lesson again anytime soon.

I'm exhausted. Depressed, Devastated.

I feel like I've been mourning the loss of my parents for 4 years and it just gets more intense the worse their health gets.

I've never felt so battered and bruised nor so unprepared.
