If smaller villages and towns had good frequent fast passenger rail service in Canada this would be a more popular choice instead of having to remain within driving commuting distance in a suburb.

We don’t have to be at war. Read Section III Article III again. Commuting the sentences of convicted seditionists is giving “comfort” to literal “enemies” of America. Anyone who gives that “enemy“ comfort by manufacturing an immunity that doesn’t exist is a collaborator. Defend traitors elsewhere.

Does anyone know if someone or organization is keeping track of all the crimes the administration is commuting? Are there reporters and/or lawyers investigating different things to prosecute/expose?

I am starting my third winter bike commuting right here in Edmonton. It has changed my life for the better. I kept my bike parked at home only about 15 work days last year. Winter biking is fantastic - even in Yeg!

Ah, brings back memories of commuting to class! ( of course that was the mid 70s, so they may not have cleaned the car…)

100%. I lived on Karlov right here at Belmont in 2012 when every millennial in Chicago worked at Groupon (including myself) and often found myself running down Belmont to get to the Blue Line to get to work on time. I ended up bike commuting most days. Having a closer L stop would have been huge.

I was able to work at home. I was fortunate that my supervisor gave me a lot of exploratory DNA sequence work, let me learn some Python coding, and build more skills.
Time NOT spent commuting was spent on long walks and some invasive brush control.
I’m disappointed folks didn’t try to learn more.

Yes, we weren't commuting into NYC by car, bus or train so those sounds didn't fill the air. No airplanes..

Design cities where folks aren’t commuting 45 minutes both ways. Make retailers use reusable glass containers. Stop mowing lawns mindlessly. AI telling you the things won’t force you to do them. People still “gotta get off they ass” and do things.

It does sound that way. That’s what, $12.50 an hour? Plus you have your commuting and lunch expenses? Plus temping is usually done at a higher rate than regular salary? I think they should double that offer at least
