It's a different way to buy IPs and then shut them down like corporations have done in the past to get rid of the competition.

In their eyes it's expedient to just sue people into the ground and make someone an example to stifle creativity for anyone else

Against power conference teams this season, Wisconsin has a median performance against the spread of losing by 6.75 points.

Losing 27-0 to Ohio state is only missing the spread by 1.5 points.

This 27-0 performance would be one of their best performances against power five competition this year.

Less competition can decrease the incentive for companies to innovate. When a few dominant firms control the market, the pressure to develop new and better products diminishes.

Declining competition has negatively affected labor markets, suppressing wages and worsening working conditions. When only a few major employers exist, workers have fewer options and less bargaining power.

The profits from consolidation are largely captured by dominant firms and their investors, contributing to rising income inequality. Increased competition, on the other hand, can help redistribute wealth through lower consumer prices.

The United States government, in competition with the Soviet Union, entrenched extensive government programs to ensure survivability of itself.

One of these was called LONGLINES.

This is a draft fictional story of real thing, but speculated final project. That I have been trying to tell six years.

I'm a former marching band kid, currently at a marching band competition with a friend (her daughter is competing), and I'm getting angry with the number of mic'd brass solos.

I'd guess they're weighing support v funding. Swift bricks are a niche issue, won't be dealbreaker for many voters. Fighting elections is expensive and it sends signal to developers that their £donations buy results. Other parties are vying for same donations/bribes, so it's a competition of sorts.
