In brief....we tasted Veuve Amiot, Langlois, Ackerman & Bouvet Ladubay on the Rue Jean Ackerman, Saumur.....and Caves Louis De Grenelles blew them away for subtlety and complexity on Rue Marceau to the south of the old town.
