You are so wrong here. "Big Pharma" has provided hundreds of cures. The reason we don't have a health care system is that our government allows for- profit hospitals and medical clinics, and allows absurd drug prices.

They are lucky, they have access to health insurance/health care. I think of my youth in white-knuckling illness without those things. So I can offer the home cures, and how to communicate in a middle class way with the gate keepers.

No. Early intervention w/ antibiotics after a tick bite transmitting a Lyme infection CURES Lyme Disease. Removes it completely. Has to be early, tho. Im sure there are other examples of disease conditions being eradicated w/ proper use of pharmaceuticals.
