(8/?) Then Darkworks collapsed, with no deals signed to survive. So i ended up with a choice: join some former darkworks friends who took refuge in a new studio (Dontnod) or go at Ubisoft.

If i remember correctly, I Am Alive was being developed at Darkworks (Cold Fear, Alone in the Dark New Nightmare) as a more realistic Disaster Report. Something went wrong and it got transfered to Ubi Shangai and became something else. I dream about the Darkworks version though.

(3/?) Then I joined Darkworks in november 2007, to work on I Am Alive. I did a lot of props, ventilation kits, some architectural kits (shops and buildings) but I was also the owner of the final environment of the game.
So yeah… I did some boat parts for the ending of the game, made in Unreal 3.

Cold Fear climbs out of the depths with new GOG restoration
If you missed it the first time around — or you’ve spent the past decade trying to get an old disc version running without crashes — there’s good news: Cold Fear, the 2005 survival-horror shooter from Darkworks, is officially back. Atari has republished the game on GOG as part of the GOG Preservation Program, complete with a substantial technical overhaul to make it run properly on modern machines.

(29/?) My experience at Ubisoft took an end to finally join Dontnod as a Lead Environment Artist on Vampyr, and It was an absolute blast: awesome team, made some great friends there, found some old friends from Darkworks era... Great experience, I will never forget that period seriously.
