Two does in the yard the other morning. These ding dongs are so tame that when a neighbor was shooting off fireworks the other afternoon they didn’t even twitch, just kept on munching. Simultaneously annoyed by their relentless snacking but also thankful for their peaceful presence.

Two Mule Deer bucks in Lars' back yard look at the camera. Lars is cool, thankfully. We go to the same dispensary, so there's the whole nod thing going on. I have the bucks' attention here, but not for long. Because these two bucks weren't just trading kisses for the benefit of that doe laying down on the right and ignoring all of us...
