I don't know why so many of my dishes taste bland. I cut up red peppers and separated my white and green onion parts of a green onion. I cut up 4 cube steaks and seasoned them in salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder and let them dry brine oh my counter for 2 hours. I heated up oliver oil and put the meat in. I would have used garlic but I forgot to pick it up at the store. I got a good mallard on it and a decent crust. Then, I put in the red peppers and the onions and let it soak in the rendered, seasoned fat. I then cooked a bit. Drained the fat into a pape towl. I then seasoned more with soy sauce, worchisters, seasme oil. Cooked a bit. Then added ginger and seasme seeds. Cooked a bit more. Then added the green part of the onions. Cooked it a bit longer. Then, I took a tortilla. Put some Yum Yum sauce on it. Used rubber tongs to scoop the meat, peppers, and onions on. And wraped it up. How was it bland? Schoolboy error in Tesco earlier, after I completely failed to match the hot dog dimension with the bun volumetric displacement. Mildly discombobulated doesn’t begin to cover it (or the hot dog, for that matter). I may as well just eat the fucking ruler.
