Ouranos - Dragon Beetle
Adopted this guy from KoraJora. He’s a subspecies of the Vespimites, same as Phthalo and Shiver. They’re large and long dragon like forms.

This is a freebie for Discord of Titches Character Jasper a chill Dragon Flower Beetle I really wanted to capture the chill personality of jasper here, so figured I'd paint him sleeping with the classic nose bubble trope. I also added some texture into the light strip with a pattern and did something similar with the outer darker areas too. The usual scratch sketches over the top are replaced here with flowers instead to push the general feel of jasper being part flower beetle. lastly i added some chromatic abberation to give it that 80s/VHS feel, I dunno i just really like that old aesthetic right now!
