1. Meds should be taken for ca 9 months (a typical recommendation)
2. actual frequency of sexual dysfunction, which is high for SSRI and SNRI
3. Withdrawal problems

I expect this would impact the SWD.

And BTW: patients are usually not informed about this, unfortunately

SARS covid can cause "synaptic dysfunction", the mechanism detailed here.
So tl;dr: the brain fog is real and the mechanism known. Repeated exposure is probably not a good idea for your cognitive function

Zionism could be his next stop, but it won't be sincere. Again, he's a compulsive contrarian with substance abuse issues, executive dysfunction and 10,000 enablers. I wouldn't be surprised if he swore allegiance, basked in the disapproval, then showed up to one of their functions dressed as Hitler.

i love how sees hurts each other in their grief. i really love it. this kind of inter-party tension and dysfunction is something i feel is missing in later persona games. even metaphor doesn't really hit these notes the way i wish i did

I don’t think the media should frame government dysfunction as a matter of which political party is “winning.”

Agree, but beyond ‘only’ the character issue, something more inalterable: [arguably may be a] personality disorder, one or more: narcissistic PD, or sociopathy, or psychopathy - so there may be both a ‘chosen’ moral dimension to the dysfunction but also a deeper, even more frightening pathology.

Executive dysfunction is a hell of a thing. How can it be real?! But it is, and it's not lessened by economic circumstances. I also have patreon and ko-fi and other options.

They have no idea how it works in the rest of the industrialized world. Republicans and the politicians who receive big bucks from healthcare sectors that profit from the dysfunction block meaningful reform.

Does anyone else suffer from Executive Diaper Dysfunction? I know I need to take a bath get my day going, but I don't need a change yet, and the diaper is honestly a higher priority.

I think I may need new medication. For years now, I've felt what I can only describe as "executive dysfunction paralysis" where I will think & dream about what I WANT to do but never do it, stay in one place not moving for a long time, and sleeping a lot. I tried to ignore it but it's def a problem

The book "Daddy Issues & More Books" takes all this dysfunction and turns it into comedy.

Not because it's funny.

Because laughter might be the only rational response left when the world's biggest joke is on all of us.

This degree of cognitive dysfunction is difficult to acquire at his age and is usually a preexisting condition

My assumption is JD Vance was always this stupid, but when he was just "that guy from Ohio," most of us did not have him on our radar.
