I almost went to urgent care today for a sudden and painful case of dysphasia but instead I took some Tylenol and went to a comedy show.

I've gotten 3 migraines with a visual Aura ever

I do have symptoms (dry mouth, dysphasia, etc) that you can maybe classify as Aura but not the visual kind

Dyslexia, dysphasia were not a thing back in the 80s. It just didn’t exist. If you were unlucky to show any of those features you were shamed as an idiot.

And here we have Demings in 1982 from the 14 points for Management:

6. Institute training
Talking about that exact subject!

Yea, I clearly missed that whenever I heard that word, that it wasn't used in the positive manner.

I have no idea why my friends never said anything about that habit to my dysphasia ridden ass.

I’m so glad you were able to get the care you needed. I’m sorry getting there was such a (metaphorical) ballache.

I wish I’d sought one for gender dysphasia reasons but I never did (also for gender dysphasia reasons).

You can add Sean Duffy: Trump hates DOT because Buttigieg makes all of Trump's Fox heroes look like idiots every time he's interviewed. You can imagine how those articulate, persuasive Fox hits must infuriate Trump given his own progressive dysphasia.

And another worrying example of Trump’s dysphasia.

He said the new ‘big beautiful bill’ would include funds for his missile shield, including a few billion that would be a “down-posit.”

Not a word, but a confusion of ‘down payment’ and ‘deposit’

His dementia only gets worse.

Had a speech therapy evaluation yesterday because I’m starting with dysphasia (having difficulty swallowing), as well as slurred speech when I’m really tired, nervous, or stressed, and it didn’t go as well as I thought it would. The therapist had me eat a little apple sauce and diced peaches…

Just a sec. We stroke neurologists like to name language disorders such as dysphasia, dysgraphia and recently “dystextia”. In your upcoming scientific publication will this be termed “dystweetia"??

(Not dys-X-ia - that’s a separate and much worse condition.)

I sometimes wonder if I have some kind of dysphasia. I read this as a cruise for Fat Tom.

I think she’s having a stroke. That kind of dysphasia doesn’t happen normally.

Perhaps the NIH should create a database of Americans with spasmodic dysphonia, especially those who used heroin at some point in their lives, to create research studies to see if heroin use causes spasmodic dysphasia. I'm sure RFK would be happy to share his personal information for the database.

If you can speak fluently, then by definition, you do not have aphasia. You have dysphasia if you're using the wrong words. I don't like being lumped in with people who cannot speak simply because I have anomia.

Perhaps, not just my fear of injury is what’s causing me mental setbacks, but also my body dysphasia over my chest. I don’t feel like me with this hunk of extra fat* attached to me. At that, compared to just losing weight, these balloons aren’t gonna go away.

Sounds like Trombone Dysphasia- similar to my issue when I get excited explaining something and apparently switch to Esperanto even though I don't know word in that language.
