I remember saying that New Vegas' world felt like a collection of movie set facades. I think things all just felt a bit empty and repeated.

It’s tiring having to put on so many facades when none of you care about any of them
I love doing sex work, I genuinely do, but it’s disheartening because I’ve always wanted to be a streamer, and I advertise my streams on here, but you guys only care when I post nudes. I don’t blame u guys for that but like it’s not ALL I want to do

is this an architectural crime? i feel like this is an architectural crime. although, i guess better than those big sheets of corrugated aluminum they used to put up on building facades

▪️ The window glazing and facades of nearby buildings were damaged.
▪️ Contact networks, power lines, and traffic lights were disrupted.
▪️ 13 cars were damaged.

The process of clearing the debris and searching for people under it is ongoing.

View across Edinburgh station roof. I like the juxtaposition of the 18thC monument with its dour, severe spire and the 20thC attractions spinning screaming loons through the air (the metal tower is a fairground ride that spins swing seats at high speed)

A lot of the most dangerous aspects of LLMs are design choices, not inherent to the technology. But they serve other purposes like bullshit facades that get investors excited.

None of these design choices improve the functionality of LLMs at all. They're purely cynical obfuscations.

At the last, this is what will determine a fulfilling, meaningful life, a life that, behind all the facades, every one of us longs to live: gratitude for the blessings that expresses itself by becoming the blessing.

People born on 5, 14, 23: People may feel unsettled by you because you speak plainly. Your mind moves quickly, your words cut through façades, and illusions don’t survive you. That disruption rattles their sense of comfort.

The facades of neighboring buildings were also damaged and windows were broken.

Presumably, one of the videos captured the moment of a missile strike on a residential building.

A #residential building was completely destroyed as a result of the strike. The facades of neighboring buildings were also damaged and windows were blown out.

One video allegedly captured the moment the missile struck the residential building. 🤬

As a result of the strike, the shopping center building was destroyed, half of the residential building was completely ruined. Significant damage was caused to numerous residential buildings around - broken windows, damaged facades and communications. The hospital was affected.

Highly recommended Richard. As they say here "Look Up Glasgow" as many magnificent buildings obscured at ground level by unsympathetic shop facades. Also lots of street furniture on display!

The image is of a dead falcon, near to wind turbines, but is there any proof to back up the claim that the bird was killed by the wind turbine?

On the other hand, there is plenty of proof that high rise buildings, with glass facades, kill many times more birds than turbines are claimed to do 1/2
Trump posted a photo claiming it shows a bald eagle in the United States killed by a windmill.

In reality, the image is of a dead falcon in Israel from 2017.

Gloomwood (2026).

Distraught with the realisation it will be another six-to-eight months for another crumb of peak. One of my absolute favourite games despite its iterative early access construction.

Hongkong, pas Taiwan my bad ! Mais 159 morts et des matériaux pas aux normes pour le ravalement des façades. C'est un miracle qu'il n'y ait eu "que" 159 morts ...

Why in spain are buildings mostlty with red brick facades and lack of colors? It is because red brick isolate buildings well, what is the real reason?
