A jeuvenille shag sits a rock side on to the photographer. The bird is brown black in colour with a white chin and a yellow patch at the rear of the bill. Low light and a moving boat made this capture challenging. The focus on the bird is a little soft. The back ground of sea and more rocks in nicely blurred .

Nice week spent adventuring around #northumberland and #scottishborders. Spent a day at Floors Castle, a beautiful place and the largest inhabited house in Scotland. Then ending the week with a gorgeous trip out to the #FarneIslands. What a place, incredibly lucky to live here.
