- Havok, Polaris, Nightcrawler, the Beaubiers = late 30s
- Colossus, Rogue, Gambit = early-mid 30s
- Xavier, Shaw, Moira, Banshee and Magneto (physically) = late 50s

Forge, you trained a large part of your life to fight Dire Wraiths.
Xavier, Storm, and Colossus have all played host to Broods. And everyone on board but Forge fought the Shi'ar Imperial Guard on the moon.
