Panel 2: Labeled "Day 1 -4" Fragile is looking at a negative COVID test, thinking "All neg... no symptoms... I might be ok!"

Panel 3: "Day 5" Fragile is eating, thinking "... I can't taste this Reese's Peanut Butter Cup..."

Panel 4 takes up the majority of the page, and depicts Fragile in various painful situations - screaming in agony as multiple sharp objects stab their throat, broken glass is force-fed into them, they're spitting large amounts of spit and glass into a sink, they're throat is entirely blown apart, they're crying in front of a bowl of porridge and a mug, they're drawn in the style of the hospital pain scale with a harrowing expression in the final pain symbol, and their head is cut off. Text reads out the symptoms they experienced "Cough, sinus headache, nausea, hypersensitivity, diarrhea, hypersalivation, mouth ulcers, throat pain, aches, sore throat, throat ulcers, razor blade throat, broken glass throat, agony, suffering, pain". Other text reads "The new COVID variant... a painful sore throat... like "RAZOR BLADES". Some text points at Fragile crying over food, saying "About to experience the worst pain in their life in a bowl of porridge."

Panel 5: Fragile looks tired, drinking a glass of water, thinking "I can drink water without want to k myself... yay..."
