Poem continues "You are as you are meant to be. Every wave upon the shore, a meeting of the coming of Selves. Each grain of sand a welcoming; soulful and sweet." There is a square photo of a beach in the centre of the page, framed by two paper cut out whales on either side of the photo. Poem continues "And as the ground recognises you, with every step, a canopy of clouds wheel like thoughts and dreams, and all the world sings the mirth of simple truths and deepest knowings." The text is placed upon textured paper of flowers on the bottom, with an array of drawn mushrooms on top, and above a watercolour abstract image of pinks and blues, similar to stained water. Final text of poem reads "You are as you are meant to be", it is placed over a simple white background.

A poem in black text on a white background. It's titled "Scaling the Walls you Build" and it reads: You seem to feel tall when you're yelling. Arching above me like an overpass. An indifferent shadow of procedure. A concrete vulture with hidden ears. Only carrying out the compulsory. I regret acting tall when I was screaming. A nose and tail pulled tight in a single line, a head bursting from its chest like a dandelion seed, trailing colours, a tiny leaf spinning out on an icy stream beneath the underbrush. Lunging towards compassion. In the bottom right it's signed G.E. and dated April 2025.

The poem reads: The world is knocking At my door, and in my mind I turn inward And feel into my body I ask what she needs And I try to water the garden But it doesn't matter How well I tend to the flowers When the sun beats down mercilessly When the world still turns towards oblivion How can I calm each individual wave When the moon is so beyond my reach Part two of a poem on a photo. The text reads: The world is knocking I turn to my books, my workshops, my classes That teach me how to sit in the storm But not how to shelter from it I see my fellow humans Swept away by the ravaging winds The torrential rain And I wonder if there is more I can do Than simply train my brain to accept The water like tears beating upon my face The world is knocking And I'm afraid to answer Because what if on the other side Lies something far worse than what sits within me now If I close the blinds and lock the door Maybe the screams will drown away For they are no longer deafened by my own And if I meditate and pray and learn What it means to be a better human Maybe I won't have to see who has come knocking Because through my own detatchment to my self I no longer care for doors or visitors or unending storms The world is knocking Am I brave enough to answer?
