Plans for a huge new housing development on the fringe of Whitburn are set to return to West Lothian Council. Developers at the Heartlands site which covers for former Polkemmet Colliery pulled proposals for almost 2,000 new homes just a day before they were supposed to go to councillors last week. Now the plan put forward by Green Town Heartlands Ltd, which outlines 1,600 new homes will have to go back to a meeting of the full West Lothian Council, because of the size of the development.

My cousin, who is my closest relative in age, passed away today. She was declared cancer free in March but she was told on 4 September that it had metastasized. Six weeks later she's gone. Mum and my sister saw her yesterday and said that she was peaceful and was receiving good care.

At the time the gatherings seemed so small and so fringe that they were literally laughable. It did not help that Fox urged its viewers to "teabag Congress" at a time when a lot of us were playing a lot of CoD and teabagging our enemies after 360 no-scoping them, LMAO

man, shoutout Jack Perry. I was a noted booster of the Scapegoat "I don't do cool moves any more" gimmick but the evolution to where he is now feels very natural. Bad boy jeans and knife with his good boy fringe boots, great synthesis. Love it for him.
