Great afternoon at a very dull and overcast Minsmere. Highlights were the Temminck’s Stint, 9+ Caspian Gulls, 4 Little Gulls, 12 Goosander, and 2 Water Pipits. Several thrushes arriving late afternoon so perhaps more to find tomorrow? Also great to catch up with @debalmer.bsky.social #SuffolkBirding

We've been to see how high the #RiverSevern is in #Shrewsbury. Not too bad at the moment actually. The #birds enjoy the extra space though, #Mallards #BlackHeadedGulls #Swans and you can even spot a lone #Goosander if you look carefully 😁

Went blandford this am. Saw an otter and then 4 kingfishers being very scrappy with each other and a female goosander by herself. @dorsetbirdclub.bsky.social but feeling a bit blah so now I'm window bird watching at home, still hoping for a brambling. @dorsetwildlife.bsky.social @rspb.bsky.social 🪶
