What is your Ultimate Comfort Food on a rainy autumn day?

Mine is hand-pulled beef Lanzhou noodles with plenty of green onions, cilantro, and red chili oil. Nothing is more warming or comforting!

(NB: I do not make this myself. The neighbourhood Noodle King is the unchallenged master.)

Was in a relatively new independent micropub in Romiley yesterday called The Voltigeur. Six handpulled ales, mostly golden and from small independent breweries. And, unexpectedly, Joseph Holt Bitter. Only recently been added to the bar apparently and now their most popular beer.

Hustru blev glad og rørt over gaver og trods planændring (ude og spise handpulled noodles - blev til take away handpulled noodles, pga sløjt barn). Lykkedes det os at spise sammen alle fire.

Thanks for all the replies folks. All I'm hearing is gravity pour beers CAN be EQUALLY as good as handpulled beers OCCASSIONALLY. which is a pretty poor excuse for them being dramatically worse the majority of the time. So my gravity pour sucks ass opinion still stands firm.
