Prior to the interchange with Crosstown, during high-traffic times, the only way to get to Mpls/Cedar is to travel in the far-left lane on Hwy77 as the Right lanes are backed up. Then, you have to shift right once past Crosstown. If you've never driven that stretch, you'd have no idea.
