Oldish sketch of my two ocs. Mother (light-orange leopard in the back) licking behind their child (dark brown, green-eyed, Panthera hybrid) ear as she gives them a bath. I Hope So and its characters (and IHS character art shown) belong to Detective Calico (Detective RJ and Calico Barbarian)

GNG and its characters belong to Yoshihiro Takahashi. The art shown is from the anime adaptation by Toei Animation.

Terms of Service for Adoptables:

What you can do:

-make changes to the design (add or subtract accessories, markings, fur tufts, alter colors, etc.)

-change from feral to anthro or vice versa

-change the character's name (if it comes with a name) and gender

-use character as sona

-use character to make adopts (as long as the result isn't an exact or near-exact copy of the character's design)

-change parents (mandatory for OC adoptable grids and OC "breedable" results)

-sell for equal or lesser value if no new art is attached (bases, NFTs and AI pieces don’t count as new art) If you purchase the character during a flash sale where the price is temporarily lowered, you may resell it for the original price. (For example, if you bought something worth $10 for $5 during a temporary sale, you can resell the character for up to $10 if there is no additional art.)

-sell for equal or higher value if art is attached (excluding bases, NFTs and AI pieces)

-transfer the character back to me at any point if you no longer want the character and do not want to resell it yourself (just a heads up if you choose this option: you will not get a refund)

What you cannot do:

-file a false chargeback after the character has been transferred to you (will result in character rights being revoked and resold to someone else + blacklisted)

-ask for a refund after character has been transferred to you

-use the character for NFTs or AI pieces

-change the character's design so much that they become unrecognizable

-sell for higher value if no additional art is attached (will get you blacklisted)

-use the character for hate art or political pieces

-use character in stories or art romanticizing SA or p3doph!lia (I know people irl and online who have been targets of those, so I don’t feel comfortable seeing characters I design in those situations)
