AI creates a new capability for “self-serve” #learning. The majority of what our learners want is not a “course” but some quick answers / citations or a “tutor”. So #InstructionalDesigners will need to specialise in compliance OR use #AI to upgrade the learner experience (eg “Conversational eLearn”)
