I loved He Falls First!  Jill Shalvis always brings the heart and there's heat here too.  Ryder and Penny are two people who have had missing or incompetent parents.  On the other hand, they never let anyone down and work hard to take care of their family members. Ryder is a contractor, works with his two younger brothers.  He's very successful.
