I did actually get all of these from CKJ, yes! I wanted to do the taste comparison because we actually live a lot closer to Fang’s on Penarth Road, and they tend not to carry Chapagetti, so I was looking for a good alternative. The one I *don’t* recommend is this one:

I use a Korean noodle, it's not spicy at all but very tasty. It has a black bean sauce to add to the noodles when you're making them. I love them! 'JJAJANGMEN' is what they're called.

I dunno, man. Tteokbokki and jjajangmen were sort of...challenging for me. I appreciated the stodge, but the fish flavor/double chile whammy of the former & porky...smoothness of the latter foxed me. Neither should have; all are part of my culinary cultural antecedents.
