God doing my ko-fi page makes me want to scream. But I will endure because I really really want to finish doing the kikibabs. I have pages and pages of kikibabs designs on traditional.

They're kinda like salmon. They start as baby embryos that develop into larvae after eating the body they were born at, get into the child stage for a couple of months before becoming a young adult and finding a mate. They become parasitic with other creatures taking over to die and start over.
Life Cycle chart. Start with the "egg stage" that looks like an embryo with a big eye, then Larvae, a small worm or sea slug phase that develops into the juvenile or child stage, where it starts exhibiting the kikibabs adult form more with some vestigial traits of the larvae. The young adult is your regular kikibab, then you get the parasitic adult stage where they will find a creature with a nervous system, eat the head and use their slender tentacles to feed off the body and control it like a puppet until their eggs are viable to develop. Then they will become a sort of eggsack for the hundreds of eggs that will be housed inside the kikibab's corpse, who will then hatch and eat both the hosts and the kikibab for nutrients.

They have TWO (2) forms, the normal (Babs) and chill and the Defensive (Kiki) and scared. They can come back from either, but some kikibabs prefer the kiki form over the babs. Usually those who are "stuck" in the kiki are used to an adrenaline filled life or are struggling to get over it.
