I'm not a designer, more an overblown builder of Lego. :) I buy kits or build on stripboard from schematics, and have ordered some PCBs. I'm currently spending a lot of time building a lapsteel guitar on a 3u, 84hp sheet of aluminium, with a lot of electronics under the hood.

bask werden als americana meets post-metal beworben, aber auch wenn hie und da mal ein banjo oder eine lapsteel aufblitzt klingt das für mich eher nach typischem neo-70er-gefiedel mit zugegeben amtlichen riffs. der country-metal-kick den songs wie dig my heels anteasern bleibt insgesamt dennoch aus

Did a synth study on a sound from a Tame Impala track (Nangs), but then took it in a twangier direction. Also learning to watch for phasing issues with the help of Lissajous figures. 🤠 I'm still not happy with the sound of the lapsteel, though.
