As part of my old blog dying, I have had some queries from those who used previous guides I posted on when those were coming back. This is the first of those, as it is the one that has been asked about the most. Where needed, I have updated it with additional information, although tbh it stands up well. I do intend on re-posting most, if not all of my former blog's tutorials, as time goes on.
