Hip mobility is very important as we age so here is a quick sequence you can complete daily to alleviate stiffness. Hold each move for 30 seconds then move into the next position. Complete as many sets as you see fit. #mobility #hipsdontlie #hipmobility #fitover50 #70sbaby #menopausefit
