Today on #MentalHealthWalkies the nicest garbage truck driver named Jeff stopped his truck, waved, and asked if he could give #SmokeyDingo a treat. Smokey is always so aggressive to the trucks it was really nice this guy came out. Smokey got treats and scritches and did his tricks and was so happy.

When I woke up this morning the darkness just felt so heavy so I asked myself to take a bath and listen to my book to wake up and warm up. I'm glad I did because the timing worked out it started snowing right as I left for #MentalHealthWalkies and it was very pretty and peaceful.
