Man kann übrigens aus ausschließlich Haribo-Pfirsichen und Sahne eine prima Tortencreme herstellen, die auch noch komplett einfach und idiotensicher ist.
(Weil Haribo-Pfirsiche halt einfach Gelatine, Zucker und Aroma sind. Als nächstes wurde hier folgerichtig Colafläschchen-Panna-Cotta gewünscht.)

I made my first mirror glaze today. I’m practicing my flavors for my exam cake. It’s a white chocolate mousse cake with strawberry and lime and an almond Joconde sponge.

I haven’t done cakes like this at all, but I was pleasantly surprised by the process!
