I'm about to buy another stand mixer, since
a) I can only eat homemade bread because allergies
b) I can not knead bread because of my spinal issues
c) bread machines need to be replaced every 6 months
d) stand mixers last 12-18 months for the same price

TwitchCon as a whole; despite the negative things that were happening, I personally had a great time. Seeing and meeting folks was definitely my highlight, along with attending a few panels, going to mixers, and commentating SA2 at GDQx. I wish I got pics with more folks, but it was gogogo.

Several years ago, I gave away my 6 quart Kitchenaid mega-mixer because it was really TOO MUCH MIXER and I rarely used it. I told myself I'd replace it with a more reasonable 4.5.

Our seabuckthorn is fruiting for the first time this year. We plan to juice the delicious (but super astringent) fruits, which can then be added to apple juice and mixers. It has a tropical mango-passionfruit type flavour

I wish there were more network shows I liked. All my favorite genres are either dead or moved to streaming - no teen dramas, no superheroes, no dark dramas, the David E. Kelley legal shows, the J.J. Abrams genre mixers.
