I'm also being adopted by the best purrbaby his name is Spice aka Mr. spicy

It's been a month in the room with a view, the healing process has been a journey
Spicy has "adopted me" he is a feisty beautiful young lad

Today a year ago I woke up in ICU after a major psychotic event
I've come a long way since that painful day
It's my first Aliveness anniversary #myjourneyback #mentalwellness
I am thankful and blessed to have a daughter, she saved my life
