"Even when you win these races there's a lot of things to take away and learn to get better at," said reigning #NCAAXC men's champ Graham Blanks. "The thing I've learned the most... is it's very important to save a little bit for the end."

Canadian Olympian Ceili McCabe of @WVUXCTF will run her last #NCAAXC tomorrow.
