Laura D. 10h · Allmendinger Park I’m sorry to all of you who believe that density is the answer in single family dwelling neighborhoods but it is not you all have to see that there are several reasons why people move into single family neighborhoods besides the peace and quiet a lot of the time it could be because they have or have family members with medical issues that require the peace and quiet and then there are residents that have mental health issues that require the peace and quiet and lastly there are families who have children on the autism spectrum that require the peace and quiet of single family housing communities. So I am not saying that multiple family dwellings are not good but they are not good in single family housing neighborhoods
