I've seen the #NHSWinterCrisis at first hand this week. Mum had a fall on Monday. Paramedic/ambulance responded quickly, but she then spent 30 hours on a trolley, 25 in a corridor at a chaotic ED. Medically/therapeuticly ready for discharge by yesterday lunchtime, but no-one to sign-off the release
