Ragnaraku and Judgment of hell both played way above their weight class.
I feel like I want another +4k counter or a third 0 cost counter.

The on play being limited to Arlong, Hody, and Shirahoshi is honestly a pretty good thing, but that second effect is what’s tripping me up.
The way it’s worded, it sounds like you activate the effect and then your Fishman can attack a character, even if they were played later
