likely one of your critical physiological systems is exhausted. could be from: overtraining (sympathetic nervous system) stress (endocrine, sympathetic) illness (immune) cumulative sleep deficiency (metabolic, sympathetic) poor diet (digestive). Answer in every case: listen to your body and REST

Also ich bin obviously kein Experte aber ggf bist du im Overtraining? Defizit + so viel Training auf Dauer klingt wie diminishing returns.

Stoffen hilft ja zum Beispiel hauptsächlich bei der Regeneration afaik weshalb dann so intensives Training erst wirklich wirkt

I had a period of a week about two weeks ago where my tracker yelled at me for overtraining every time I chewed. Even lying down. POTS makes life absurd. I’m sorry you’re having a rough go.

There's still poop on my bed because I had to prioritize a million other things because I had someone here with my sister for the last time until next week, and my tracker keeps warning me I'm severely overtraining for just existing with POTS and I still have to make a dinner that I can't eat

I was honestly really excited for the fitbit "cardio load" feature to maybe help improve my symptoms but whenever I have a flare up it shoots me to a higher bracket for "overtraining" and when I subsides it says I'm "undertraining" gkggk that's just POTS bestie 😭

Fitbit needs to stop pestering me about my cardio load. I turned off the widget and still every day if it’s not telling me I’m dangerously close to under training, it’s telling my I’m dangerously close to overtraining. It’s also a made up metric that isn’t even actionable.
