Ye Same Olde dinner every night for the last 10 years: my home made kraut, Calif avocado and delicious cracked black pepper max. It’s a meal I’ve perfected and it’s what my mind asks for every night.

Exceptional lunch at home. Tofu cubes marinated and air fried. Organic snap peas. Trader Joe’s almond “dipping” sauce. Just sublime. 10 minute meal.

My comeback meal after the colonoscopy- cauliflower-mashed potatoes and a few air fried tofu squares. Polyp-free! The prep is now flavorless, if you don’t mind a gallon of Gatorade it’s super simple: MiraLax.

Beyond burger w/tomato, mustard and A-1, grilled zukes and a few corn chips since potato chips (and now corn chips as well!) no longer enter the home. Lunch at home! Super delish.

Had ripe bananas and plant based Nestle chocolate chips (I’ve never baked with them before) Tastes as good as always (though I didn’t have EarthBalance but some other brand of vegan margarine) which bums me out.
