Plaintiff relies on the district court’s statement that it is “not aware of authority establishing that plaintiffs must be in possession of facts establishing personal jurisdiction to a certainty from the very outset of the case.” (Plt. App. 20.) However, proactively presenting misleading facts is not equivalent to lacking possession of facts. A party acting in good faith would have notified the court that the third 12 screenshot depicted an irrelevant product or simply omitted it. Plaintiff did neither.

One time in Iraq my PLT was taking over another PLT's AO and I decided to wear a skull and crossed sabers patch on my kit while on patrol with the outgoing unit. One of their NCOs saw it and said "Sir, knock that shit off, it's unprofessional." He was 100% right.

some folks wanted tattoo ID stuff from me so the traditional USMC skull tattoo is usually a skull with a cover or a helmet on, sometimes with a k-bar through it. almost always has a USMC logo, inits, or motto on it. but platoons sometimes get matching tattoos that don't have any of those things

It's a goddamn lie. Having graduated Parris Island myself (N Co, plt 4029, oct 1991) I sat in the barracks shining boots and writing letters while other recruits attended whatever the hell service they desired (Christian, Jewish, Muslim...). Most went there to sleep w/o the DI around.

FINALLY a major victory. This time I had a plt of Leopard 1A4 + a plt of Leo 2 (they're absolutely brutal in this game), with a plt of Jägers in Luchs and a bunch of MILAN ATGMs. Everyone was brilliant, those MILAN missiles are worth their weight in gold when enemy armor shows up in the wrong place.

"Apocalypse Now" mentality.

They make good platoon leaders (although that is not necessarily any endorsement of his tenure), many wash out at company command, but are completely out of their league at higher command.
