I slid out to the Fish Lounge on Brixton Hill for supper. Numerous member of a Colombian family were tucking into cod and chips, their small daughters all dressed as witches. It was a joyous, pluriversal scene. F*** you, Elon Musk and your clickbait prophesy of civil war.

This Annunciation by a local Baroque artist, Torcuato Ruiz del Peral, shows the remarkable level the Baroque artists in Granada reached. It’s part of the “Pluriversal” exposition curated by the University of Granada. And very well so; look at the very careful lighting and framing of these sculptures
