    My physio helps me! But I would say do more steep walking/hiking for stamina and strength, plyometrics for power and stability, and up your mileage gradually. Too much at once and you injure yourself.

    what shoes are you running in? sometimes the pain that manifests is because of an overcorrection from another issue along that chain 
and what strength and conditioning work do you do that's running focused (like plyometrics and bulgarian split squats and lunges and whatnot)?

        Without assessment, it's hard to tell what's going on, but I'd wager it's either caused by rotational or compression stresses. You can try bodyweight squats and plies, knees, toes, and hips aligned, as deeply as possible to help with strength, and plyometrics, jumping exercises, for acclimation.

    Rams TE Colby Parkinson is doing some plyometrics on the field in shorts and a shirt. Doubtful with an AC sprain, too early to tell if this is just getting some work in, or warming up for the game.
