just so we’re clear i deeply love malViolence and i think its a genuine feat it exists at all…
but protoViolence was where i really went all out with the art, camera and writing direction. i spent hours coding all of the game’s camera movements to give it that cinematic feel.

Looked at some older LPs and the phone looked like it was working fine in an older version of the game.

I like the way this game seems to play with visual novel language and presentation. I have both MalViolence and protoViolence installed and ready to go (and am thinking I'll LP them) since they've been on my radar for a while (but ya know how life be lol).

ultimately this is why i hawk malviolence and especially protoviolence so much… i really do want more people to know about my games.

as for malViolence… we don’t think dates were mentioned, but we always imagined it to be in the early 2080s - since cautionne is ~5 years older than he was in protoViolence.
