Nice setup. I've build a 80 board pynq-z2 (with remote access via ssh to the linux part) cluster and 2 zcu102 boards all networked. The Pynq-z2 run from NFS root system, as we found sd-cards easily die. We added a system with relays to remotely power cycle each boards.
