Studio has run its course with live-action adaptions. It needs new content 'deposits' to reinvent itself or reboot franchises--that's what the company needs. Parks keeping profits up from price hikes, not crowd size, it's a red herring.

in some sense the trade-offs often are "reinvent the entire system from scratch by yourself so that this one tool works effectively just for you vs not doing that and marginally improving upon last year some other way"

Tons of people are now recognizing that they missed out on a pretty cool scene by spending their 20s and 30s focused on making money, and they're desperate to try and reinvent that scene so they can be part of it.

okay so gacha games aside i love that like every ten years people somehow forget and reinvent the idea that people will buy nonviolent games. i still think the funniest was Namco, the home of Pac-Man, having this concern about Katamari Damacy.
To be completely fair, the improvements from Zen 4 to 5 didn't reinvent the wheel in any way, it's still a really powerful architecture and it's lower production cost trickles down to us. Especially for gaming which is more GPU bound than anything the Zen 4 will handle everything no issue

what matters, as a science educator, is that people can prove what we know. if they can't do that, there is nothing stopping them from becoming a flat earther. sadly this is an extremely unpopular opinion, and fellow teachers sneer that I am "asking kids to reinvent the world from first principles"

→ Thoughtful label placement, with options for data and series labels
→ Streamlined, slightly opinionated designs, making it easier to create good-looking visuals quickly
