Even leaving aside the concept of indigeneity as a sociological phenomenon, it is pretty much indisputable that the settlements in the West Bank are just, descriptively, colonies.
This isn’t true. There is Indian colonization of indigenous communities in India. Colonies and indigeneity are about relationships and governance not about who called “base” first
