Mostly Jason DeMarco imo. I have plenty of blame for him, for folks at DC, and for the creators of a certain "show about failures".
I don't consider SGCtC part of Ad*lt Swim largely cuz it was actually funny and not in a mean way.

Honestly it's kinda fucking crazy how back then both Nick and Cartoon Network so casually were able to enlist celebs and musicians to work on their projects considering just how many jumped on SGCTC in the infancy years.
We don't talk about how Carrot Top got his own show though.

Hats off for an icon. SGCTC carved deep grooves into my brain and George Lowe's Space Ghost performance did a lot of that carving with absolutely god-tier delivery and comedic timing. It was such an honor to get to meet him briefly at Dragon Con one year. RIP, Mr. Lowe. You were a true inspiration

We had TBS not Cartoon Network so Cartoon Planet was all I saw and taped. I got to know the bits better through my tapes. Later on my own I had Cartoon Network where I saw all the pre Adult Swim shows and taped SGCTC.

lol iove the detail they added to space ghosts cameos where they used the same exact awkward camera angle postions SGCTC used (but they did it since the were using reused odl footage)

SGCtC makes me miss using iTunes. I had "Brak on Coffee" and SG singing "I Like Bananas Because They Have No Bones" and other things in my random mixes. So fun to have that come in between Rush, OkGo and Badly Drawn Boy.
