Heute stand die Fahrt nach Shizuoka an.
Ich war extra etwas früher am Bahnhof, damit ich die Burg Odawara noch besichtigen konnte.
Auf dem Weg dann nach Shizuoka habe ich einen richtig schönen Blick auf den Fuji erhaschen können. Entsprechend hab ich sehr viele Fotos gemacht 👀😂

My #washoku business trip to #Shizuoka started with another great exhibition: www.washoku-shizuoka.jp till 14 December. Huge vegetables, mushrooms, seaweed (60 of 1,500 types nationwide edible), bacteria & fungi for fermentation, dashi… + a #tea rolling activity with an American apprentice 🍵
